Ingredients
- Turkey Bacon (make sure it is compliant- I am using Wellshire sugar free turkey bacon)
- Tomatoes
- Avocado slices
- PREHEAT the oven to 400 Degrees
- LINE baking sheet with parchment paper
- BAKE for approximately 12 minutes
- SLICE tomato, avocado
- DRESS greens simply with EVOO, salt and pepper
- WRAP avocado and tomato in bacon
- SPRINKLE it with bagel seasoning or gomasio like kindness; everywhere!
