Good Morning! Stephanie from @cookbycolor with some breakfast advice this morning. Breakfast is a dish best served with no rules. In my opinion, every meal is compatible with a side of greens; and you won’t find eggs in any of my shares this week because I’m currently very sensitive. For most mornings my breakfast is easily prepared by infusing a little love into leftovers. When Nick steals them for his lunch…a breakfast salad is my go- to. This has protein, low glycemic carbs and healthy fat that is delicious and satisfying. I easily make it feel special with the addition of ‘savory sprinkles’ as I call them. I interchangeably use Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend and @Edenfoods Seaweed Gomasio.
