Food Freedom June 2021 Group



No need to wait for January or September, we can bloom, grow, and ground into our healthy habits the whole year round!

This new group format is designed to reestablish your healthy habit baseline, and fortify your food freedom with a 2 week Whole food reset followed by a 24 day dive into what food freedom looks like for you. In addition to food, we will be incorporating realistic and sustainable movement and hydration goals that you’ll set for yourself for the 6 week program.

The goal here is to have a refreshed and reinvigorated healthy habit baseline — feeling determined, empowered and motivated to take on the second half of 2021. You must have previously completed a Whole30 in order to join this group.
