1. I love eating out of a blate (bowl + plate).

2. Always emphasizing color + and also texture, flavor.

3. Nothing ‘goes’ together’ necessarily- more about the above 👆

4. Protein, carbs, fats. Always! It’s how I’m most balanced and satisfied!

5. Variety is important! In everything.

6. Sauce + herbs + spice will give you variety in flavor to keep it fun. Creamy, spicy, fresh, bold, acidic…all amazing elements to 🔥 it up.

7. You couldn’t know this, but none of these meals were ‘curated’ ‘planned’ or had even one recipe.
