Add the following to your food processor:
- 1/4 Cup Papaya Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Papaya
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1-2 Medjool Dates, chopped (start with 1 and add as needed to desired sweetness)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Drizzle in 1/2 Cup avocado oil as you blend it all up.
Once smooth and creamy, top your favorite springy salad with it.
