I am sharing my Papaya Seed Dressing on this springy salad: It is something truly special because it’s made from something that normally gets discarded as waste, and what’s not to like about that? Especially since the finished product ends up being something I CANNOT get enough of when I have it on hand. On top of everything papaya seeds are detoxifying, anti inflammatory and improve digestion.
